"Simple is beautiful"

Does that make complexity ugly? No, complex is a relative state. The question is whether something is complex because it is not yet realized by you, or because it could've been simple but lost its capacity to be along the way.

Presenting something in its raw form without overcomplication is beautiful. Anything presentable has this potential; anything can be beautiful.

The quote is quite "ignorance is bliss"-coded. Inspired by Nolan's inquiry spoken by DiCaprio in Inception, what is the most powerful drug? Nic? Coke? Short-form content? Thoughts, new thoughts. We yearn for knowledge, complexity, & the "new", until we fly too close to the sun. Then we seek ignorance, to forget, & a simple life, which unfortunately would also be new, as it is not perfectly achievable.

Slaves to the axis of time, we will try and fail to go back, as trying is forward progress. However, unlike what could reside ahead is in the path we trekked to get here. Looking back, there lies a beautiful sight.

Thank you to Ms. Young, my freshman-year high school english teacher, for blessing my ears with these words.

The quote speaks for itself.
